Here are a few examples of the groups we have been involved with in recent months and some of the varied requests for help we get.

The Melton & Oakham Waterway Society had a special boat made for canal maintenace near Melton Mowbray, however the boat was built over near Bardon and needed to be transported and launched in Melton.

We also support 2229 Sqn Loughborough Air Cadets throughout each year either by supplying logistical support to shift all manner of camping/event equipment to weekend camps or more importantly twice a year we supply two vehicles to escort their ATC Sunday and Battle of Britain parades as changes in guidelines mean the local police are now no longer obliged to escort the parade on the public highway.

Another one of the more exciting/different requests came when two of the clubs committee traveled to the AGM of the East Midlands Association of Motor Clubs to begin our journey to MSA approval. We were asked if we could supply vehicles to the Mid Derbyshire Motor Club as recovery units for their Drystone night rally in July.
